How long are the courses and what do they cost?
Ride Ready, Drive Ready and Tow Ready are each two hours and £59 per person.
Do I need mechanical experience?
No. The courses are designed to make practical safety checks understandable to vehicle users, not to train people as mechanics.
Can I attend in the evening or at a weekend?
Yes. Evening and weekend options are available; ask about suitable dates when you enquire.
Can you deliver training at our premises?
Yes, across all three courses where participant numbers, facilities, vehicles and equipment are suitable. A minimum travel charge applies, and the full arrangement is confirmed before booking.
Are these IRTEC qualifications?
No. The trainer holds IRTEC Advanced Technician and IRTEC Assessor credentials, but the Ride Ready, Drive Ready and Tow Ready courses do not award IRTEC qualifications.
Does Tow Ready include on-road towing or reversing tuition?
No. Tow Ready focuses on safe hitching, unhitching and pre-journey safety checks. It is not an on-road driving or reversing course.
Does Drive Ready replace an MOT or professional inspection?
No. Drive Ready builds awareness of everyday safety checks and defect reporting. It does not replace servicing, professional inspection or an MOT.
